Invitation from DCCFA President Ryan Pettengill to Attend the Annual DCCFA General Convention, 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 13, via Zoom

On behalf of the Dallas College Faculty Association, I would like to invite you to the 2020 convention.  This year’s convention will be entirely virtual, hosted through a ZOOM platform.  The convention will be held Friday, November 13 from 1-4 p.m.  See below for the login credentials.

Using ZOOM will allow us to conduct convention business in a way that is very similar to how we have in the past when we used the courthouse.  This platform allows us to host up to 1,000 participate and we will be able to interact with each other, conduct votes, and allow our guest speakers to address the convention.  Members will be able to participate in discussions by (virtually) raising their hands and indicating that they had a comment or question on an issue being raised.

We have many important issues to address.  I hope you will join us and make your voice heard as we debate matters that are critically important when it comes to faculty representation.

Ryan
