The El Centro Faculty Association and the DCCFA Political
Information Committee are pleased to host a Candidate Forum for the two
candidates seeking the Place 5 Board of Trustees seat in the runoff election.
No candidate secured 50% of the vote in the Nov. 3 general election, so the
runoff election is Dec. 8 between the first and second place finishers.
Incumbent Wesley Jameson is defending his seat against challenger Clifford
Boyd, in the district that covers
much of southwest Dallas County, including parts of southwest Dallas, Grand
Prairie, and South Irving.
The event begins at 12 noon Wednesday, Dec. 2, via WebEx.
