Composition:
The Faculty Council consists of the Faculty Association Presidents elected from the seven campuses of Dallas College. Four members are continuing, and three members are rotating on to succeed three others who are rotating off, as follows:
- Brookhaven Campus: Josh Rose, continuing
- Cedar Valley Campus: Jennifer Siemantel, interim succeeding Tommy Thompson
- El Centro Campus: Denise Griffin, elected to succeed Wade Hyde
- Eastfield Campus: Andrew Tolle, continuing
- Mountain View Campus: Stacy Vasquez, elected to succeed Margo Silva
- North Lake Campus: Keith Baker, continuing
- Richland Campus: Erin Kelley, elected to succeed Jennifer Baggett
New Officers:
The newly seated Council met this week to elect new officers and committee chairs. The following officers were elected:
- Andrew Tolle, President
- Josh Rose, Vice President
- Erin Kelley, Secretary
- Keith Baker, Treasurer
The entire Council looks forward to working with FA membership to represent and advocate for faculty interests. After the Council retreat in late June, we will update the membership about key strategic priorities for 2022-2023.
