The Council shall conduct an anonymous climate survey of active DCFA members each February, covering the current academic year to date and retaining core questions for annual comparison.
By May 1, the Council shall publish a public summary and deliver it to each Dallas College trustee and DCFA member. The summary shall include participation figures, principal findings, and material limitations while protecting respondents’ identities. The Council may determine its recommendations and level of detail, provided the summary fairly represents the results.
The Council may conduct separate surveys on compensation or other specific issues and determine how those findings are used or shared.
