The Employee Relations team in Human Resources has updated the ADA Accommodations website and processes. The SharePoint site for ADA Accommodation site contains information and links to the new ADA Accommodation Request Form. Please use this new Dallas College ADA Accommodations Microsoft Form to submit your initial accommodation request for Fall 2022. (The form is also available on the ADA Accommodation SharePoint page.)
Once HR representatives have received your request via the Microsoft Form, they will reach out to you with the official forms to process your request.
If you have any questions or need additional information, please reach out to your DCFA campus president.
